| Comments: | I bought the Bio Force home gym over a year ago and I have been very pleased with the way it performs. I bought it at Sam's Club for $894.00 and it came with an incline bench. The assembly process was made much easier by the DVD that comes with it. The machine itself is solidly built and operates very quietly and very smoothly. The resistance feels very much like a weight stack but without the noise. If you are into circuit training you will love this machine. The weight changes are so fast and even the pulley changes don't take more than about 15 seconds. If you choose the right exercises you can get through your workout without making any cable changes at all. I've noticed that everyone compares this gym to the Bowflex. I used to own a bowflex and aside from the cables the Bio Force is nothing like the Bowflex, it's better. It's a better machine at a much more reasonable price. If you want to bulk up this machine can make that happen, if your goal is to tone up, the Bio Force can make that happen to. There are even some pilates exercises you can do if you're into that type of thing. I'm telling you this is a world class machine. |

| Comments: | I have owned the Bio Force 2.2 for over a year now and I am very pleased with it. I bought it from Sam's Club for $894.00 and it came with an incline bench. I work out three times a week and let me tell you, this machine is built solid. The assembly took about two and a half hours. The DVD that comes with it made the whole process very simple. This machine is quiet and very smooth and it feels almost the same as a weight stack without the noise. I've noticed that everyone compares the Bio Force to Bowflex. Aside from the cables this machine is nothing like Bowflex, it's better and you will get better results from your workouts. I know this from personal experience having owned a Bowflex myself. If you are into circuit training you couldn't ask for a better machine. The weight changes only take a couple of seconds. You can even choose the exercises that you like to do so you won't have to make any pulley changes. Maybe Fitness Quest should publish a book on how to circuit train with the Bio Force |

| Comments: | I have been using the Bio Force 2.2 for about five months. It is excellent,it does everything a stacked weight machine will do but it is much lighter in case it needs to be moved and it is quieter, and looks good too. I am extremely happy with it. |

| Comments: | I have previously owned two different models of the Bowflex. The Bioforce blows the Bowflex away...from the quality of construction of the gym to the overall feel of the resistance, there is just no comparison. You truly feel resistance during the entire range of motion, no matter what type of lift you are doing, with the Bowflex many times you loose resistance on the negative, which in reality is half of your workout, not the case with the Bioforce. I like to superset ex: a set of biceps, a set of triceps, a set of biceps, etc, and transistioning from one to the other is fast, there's no real downtime, and it feels so good. You can also do many exercises in the standing position, which is important to me because I am recovering from a ruptured disc. This machine is a life saver/life changer...it is safe, effective, and like I said before it just feels so good. Best piece of equipment I have ever owned. Great customer service, great value, great workout. Very easy to assemble, compact, and looks great too. Be good to yourself, try it. |

| Comments: | Already have the treadmill. Wanted a weight training machine. Went to local sports store to purchase a Bowflex. There happened to be a Bioforce right next to it. We compared both machines side by side and was very impressed. We walked out with the Bioforce. A plus, it was a few hundred dollars less than the Bowflex. Very smooth, once you get the hang of switching the pulleys for different exercises it really is endless what you can do. Not a bodybuilder by any means just want to stay healthy without the gym membership. Its in my home anytime. I would def. recommend to a friend or relative. |

| Comments: | I recieved my Bioforce almost a week ago and i must tell you. this machine is fantastic. solid and sturdy. I can do all the exercises i used to do with free weights and machines . it has plenty or resistance at 220 lbs. I was torn between the bowflex but when i tested them side by side at my local sports store the decision was easy. Bioforce was by far the best. you wont be sorry to purchase this equipmeant trust me . easy to assemble as well. depending on if you order online you get a lifetime warrenty on the parts as well, cant beat that!!!!!! |

| Comments: | This machine is excellent! The quality is top notch. Extremely smooth resistance in the positive and negative portion of the exercise. I was a bodybuilder in my 20's and 30's using free weights and really damaged my joints. I have used just about every piece of equipment available. At 45, this machine is the perfect answer. I wish I had this years ago. It is much better than free weights, much faster, safer and you can really do a pretty hard core workout with it. It has the capabilty of doing more exercises then advertised with minor add ons. The engineering on this machine is excellent. I work in engineering, so I would know. I was considering a Bow Flex before purchasing this machine. Thank God, after lots of research I went with the Bio Force. It is a bargin, compared to Bow Flex. You will not be sorry after this purchase. Another plus is it's delivered by UPS not by a freight carrier. Tractor Trailer |
